Bulk Email Validator · Email list verification

Check the list before you send.

Bulk Email Validator helps you assess an email list before using it. Upload your file, select the email column, and get evidence-backed classifications you can review: Valid, Invalid, Risky, or Unknown. Checks run without sending an email to the address.

What you can do with Bulk Email Validator.

Check the right column.

Upload a CSV or TXT file, preview the data, and map the email column before validation begins. This is useful when an export contains customer identifiers or other fields you need to keep alongside the address.

Evaluate several layers of evidence.

The checks cover syntax, DNS, MX records, role addresses, disposable addresses, catch-all behavior, and mailbox responses. The process evaluates the address and mail-server signals without delivering a message.

Keep the reason behind the result.

Review four classifications instead of a misleading yes-or-no result. An inconclusive server response remains Unknown; it is not silently treated as an Invalid address. Catch-all, role, and disposable signals remain visible as risk factors.

Export the context you started with.

Download your original columns with status and reason fields for each unique address. Use those results to prepare a reviewed list for your existing email or customer-data tools. Download what you need before results automatically delete after 30 days.

Understand the four results.

Valid
The mailbox was accepted and no major risk signal was found. This is evidence at the time of checking, not a promise of delivery.
Invalid
Bad syntax, no usable mail route, or a definitive mailbox rejection provides a reason to exclude or correct the address.
Risky
The address looks deliverable but has a catch-all, disposable, or role-address signal. Review the reason before deciding how to use it.
Unknown
A timeout, greylisting, blocked probe, or inconclusive response prevents a reliable determination. Unknown does not mean Invalid.

From contact export to a reviewed list

Keep list ownership and sending decisions in your existing process. The validator supplies evidence your team can act on.

  1. Prepare the export

Choose a CSV or TXT file containing addresses you are authorized to process.

  2. Preview and map

Check the rows and identify the email column before starting validation.

  3. Review the classifications

Separate definitive failures from risk signals and genuinely inconclusive checks.

  4. Export and apply your rules

Download statuses and reasons with the original data, then update the list in your own tools.

Bring a file and a clear sending policy.

Create an account on the product site and prepare your CSV or TXT export. Know which column contains the email address and decide how your team will handle each classification. For example, an Unknown response may warrant a later review rather than automatic deletion. Export results within the 30-day retention window.

A valid address is not permission to send.

Verification does not establish consent, guarantee inbox placement, or ensure that a mailbox will remain available. It does not make purchased or scraped lists appropriate to email. Continue honoring unsubscribes, suppression lists, applicable law, and your sending provider’s rules. Some servers deliberately hide mailbox status, so no verifier can remove every uncertainty.

Questions
before you start.

Practical answers about Bulk Email Validator.

Does validation send an email?

No. Bulk Email Validator evaluates syntax, domain and mail-routing information, address risk signals, and mailbox responses without sending a message to the recipient.

Why is an address marked Unknown?

The mail server may time out, greylist, block probing, or return an inconclusive response. The product preserves that uncertainty rather than claiming the mailbox is invalid.

What is included in the export?

The download preserves your original columns and adds status and reason fields for each unique address, so you can keep your business context when reviewing the result.

How long can we access the results?

The product states that results automatically delete after 30 days. Download the export you need within that window and apply your own data-retention policy to your copy.
