Our process
Start with the problem. Build only what’s needed.
A useful project starts with a shared understanding of the work—not a list of technologies. We make scope, responsibilities, and acceptance clear before implementation.
Project steps
- 1.Understand
- 2.Define
- 3.Deliver
01 / Find the fit.
Tell us what happens today, what should happen instead, which systems are involved, and who owns the outcome. We decide together whether there is a sensible next step.
02 / Define discovery and the proposal.
Complex work may require a separately scoped discovery engagement. The private proposal sets deliverables, exclusions, timeline assumptions, milestones, acceptance checks, licenses, and customer responsibilities.
03 / Implement in reviewable milestones.
Your team supplies authorized access, representative test information, feedback, and approvals. We build or configure the agreed solution, test normal and exception paths, and review progress against the scope.
04 / Accept, document, and hand off.
We check the agreed acceptance criteria, document operation and account ownership, and walk staff through the result. Hosting, source code, integrations, and the support period are stated in writing.
Prepare for a useful discovery conversation.
You do not need a complete technical specification. A concrete example of the work is more useful than a long wish list. Describe a request from arrival to completion, including where staff wait, repeat work, or ask someone else for information. Bring anonymized examples rather than passwords or sensitive client records.
- A named business sponsor and the staff who understand the process.
- The applications involved and who can authorize access.
- Examples of the normal case and the exceptions that cause trouble.
- Dependencies, internal approvals, and any dates that affect the work.
05 / Choose ongoing care if it fits.
Maintenance and support are optional, separate agreements. Additional features follow a change process. There is no forced managed IT subscription and no guaranteed turnaround before capacity and dependencies are reviewed.
