Supporting services / Managed IT

Practical managed IT for small South Florida offices.

For businesses that want dependable everyday technology support, with clear service boundaries and predictable monthly coverage. Eligibility depends on location, devices, support needs, and the existing environment.

What this could look like

Business-hours remote support

Ordinary diagnosis and user assistance for the systems covered by your agreement.

Proactive maintenance

Agreed operating-system and application updates for covered endpoints.

Endpoint security

Contract-defined tools, configuration, and maintenance—not a blanket security guarantee.

Monitoring

Monitoring coverage and alert handling are specified in the agreement. Automated monitoring is not continuous live human support.

Coverage is written down before support starts.

We review device and user counts, service location, current provider, and requested coverage. On-site availability in Miami-Dade and South Broward is confirmed for the particular location; it is not a universal attendance promise.

Understand the environment before agreeing coverage.

Prepare a device and user inventory, the office locations, important business applications, and any existing support or security arrangements. Identify shared accounts, unsupported equipment, and systems that require a separate vendor. Onboarding may uncover remedial work that needs its own project; an ongoing support agreement should not conceal those dependencies.

Know how an issue moves from report to resolution.

The agreement should identify the reporting channel, business hours, prioritization rules, remote-access arrangements, and when on-site or vendor assistance is needed. Automated endpoint monitoring does not mean a person is continuously available to resolve every alert. Ask how out-of-scope work is approved and who can authorize changes for your business.

Projects and exceptional work are not automatically included.

Unless your agreement explicitly includes them, the following need separate scope:

  • New computers, installations, moves, hardware, and cabling.
  • Cloud migrations and larger repair or implementation projects.
  • After-hours work and major security recovery.
  • Vendor subscriptions, licenses, and services outside the contract.

Are new computer installations part of ordinary support?

Not automatically. Purchases, setup, office moves, and larger changes are projects unless your agreement explicitly includes them. Review those boundaries before assuming coverage.

Does monitoring mean live support at every hour?

No. Automated checks and alerts are different from staffed response. Monitoring, alert handling, business hours, escalation, and any after-hours arrangements are defined separately in the contract.

Can you support any office in South Florida?

Eligibility depends on the actual location, devices, applications, and requested coverage. On-site work must be confirmed for the particular office rather than assumed from a broad service-area description.

What’s taking too much time in your business?

Describe the workflow, report, or system you wish worked better. We’ll tell you whether it makes sense to automate, integrate, or build.
